Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

Your content

You keep ownership of the reviews, photos, and other content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display that content within the app so the service can function (for example, showing your review to your group or to the public, according to the visibility you choose). You’re responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Abuse, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app.

We use automated filtering and member reporting to moderate content, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Menu information & reviews

Reviews reflect the personal opinions of the people who post them. Restaurant and menu information is gathered from publicly available sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate — always confirm details (including allergens and prices) with the restaurant. We don’t guarantee the accuracy of any content in the app.

Not affiliated with Disney

Theme Park Food Reviews is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or its affiliates. Park and restaurant names are used for identification only.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Theme Park Food Reviews and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version; continued use after changes means you accept them.
